Overview of a Coaching Journey
Your coaching journey begins with an 'Intake Conversation', where together we capture the essence of your desire to co-create your Coaching Topic. We will explore what matters to you most, the changes you deeply desire to embody, and your why. Explore what you currently do, and how you envision yourself in the future.

When we next meet, I will offer you a bespoke Coaching Program, focused on developing two things, awareness and capabilities. This is an 'Offer Conversation', meaning together we will collaborate, in a co-creative dance, to refine and make changes to your program, which includes objectives and first practices.
You will be required to take action in the form of practices, small moves, that build the capacities, the new or enhanced skills and qualities of the new way you desire. Action in the form of paying attention whilst doing something new, to catch your new and current way in the moment.
Journaling will also be one of your regular actions, to explore and create more spaciousness around your current way, so you shift from being it, to seeing it, an object of your curiosity and compassion. You will also go deeper into your new way, to bring the inside out, anchor what you are experiencing, noticing and learning.

There will be a sequence of 'Development Conversations'. Depending on your Topic this will be around 5-7 conversations, which of course we can adjust depending on your engagement and progress.

In your development conversations will we explore the good, the bad, the exciting, and sometimes the scary. We will explore any resistance or immunity to change you are experiencing, which we can all experience when working towards change. We will also anchor your insights, learnings and new ways, and always dance together to co-create your next practice.
When it is time, we will have a 'Completion Conversation', to anchor all you have accomplished. We will also take a look ahead at the possibilities and challenges you may face, and explore what practices will support you moving forward, so that your new way continues to be strengthened.

“It takes more than awareness, vision and imagination to bring about sustainable, embodied change. You must take action, actions that challenge and empower you."
