What It’s Like to Work with Me
Coaching with me is a co-creative dance. Together, we’ll explore your goals, refine your bespoke programme, and develop practices tailored to you. Sustainable, embodied change takes more than just awareness, vision, or imagination - it requires action. Actions that challenge and empower you. Practices that strengthen your skills, deepen your awareness, and build new capabilities. These steps are essential to moving from where you are now to where - and how - you want to be.
In our conversations, we’ll dive into the good, the bad, the exciting, and sometimes the scary. We’ll explore and dance with any resistance or inner blocks that naturally arise when working towards meaningful change. And as you gain insights and new ways of being, we’ll anchor them together - always co-creating your next practice.
What I Specialise In
I’ve had the pleasure of working with people navigating anxiety and communication challenges - both professionally and personally. Many of my clients struggle with imposter syndrome, setting boundaries, and expressing their needs, ideas, and creativity - often held back by worries about how others might think or react.
I also collaborate with those eager to change direction, create a more balanced life, and step into their authenticity - supporting them in showing up as their true selves with confidence and clarity.
My Background & Passion for Change
Before becoming a full-time developmental coach, I spent 23 years as an innovator at PayPoint Plc, designing and implementing new services in an organisation I love. What lit me up the most? The people. I led and supported many teams - direct and cross-functional - through significant changes. I’ve trained over a thousand people across various organisations in delivering change, incorporating both soft and hard skills coaching. Everything I did was about change that made a difference - including for the millions of people in the UK who use PayPoint’s services.
For years, I’ve specialised in what it takes to truly change - including my own personal development. With each chapter of my life and work, I’ve navigated challenges, uncovering and transforming limiting ways of thinking, doing, and being.
For 30 years, I’ve studied and applied a wide range of developmental approaches - including Integral Theory, Spiral Dynamics, the Enneagram, and Theory U - to strengthen different intelligences and cultivate greater resilience, flow, and peace.
I am passionate about working with people to create the meaningful, embodied change they long for!
And One More Thing…
I love to dance. It’s been a lifelong passion! In 2012, I had the unforgettable experience of dancing hip-hop on the world stage at the London Olympics Opening Ceremony. These days, I keep the joy alive through classes and local performances. I’m thrilled to be in my 50s and still throwing myself to the ground in street and contemporary dance!
